Meeting called to order at 7:40pm after a potluck dinner by President Bob B.

Members present: Bob B., Tim, Rob, Dean, Brian, Tom, Ken A., Jaime, and Ken M.

Guest: Gerald

Minutes of the last meeting were amended to change the date of the dinner night out.

Otherwise approved by acclamation.

Treasurer Report

$296.01 beginning balance

$ 50.00 2 membership dues

$346.01 ending balance

Note: the check to the NAF has been presented, the check to Marvel has not.

Old Business

• T-shirts have been purchased by Nathan. The patches have been received from Marvel.
• Beer Bust at Carl’s Pub on 24 May from 3-6pm. BBQ by Carl’s to follow.
• Motion by Nathan to provide a t-shirt and free beer bust to anyone who becomes a paid member during the event. Second by Dean. Approved.

New Business

• Web site statistics are available to anyone.
• Next meeting at the home of Bob B. on 14 June at 6:30pm. Theme for the potluck will be Mexican.
• Dinner Night Out will be on 10 June at 6:30pm at the Pasta Mill in Shoppers Square.
• Elections of Officers
• Vice President
• Nomination for Rob B. by Dean, second by Bob B.
• Nomination for Brian by Nathan, second by Ken M.
• Brian J. elected after secret ballot.
• Sergeant at Arms
• Even though Mike C was elected for the year, he is not a paid member.
• It was decided by acclamation to leave the position vacant for this year.
